Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS or rescheduling AND THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ON TIME:
Cancellations for 9 or less people must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled excursion to avoid charges or penalties. Guests that are no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur charge in full.
Cancellations for 10 or more people must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled excursion to avoid charges or penalties. Guests that are no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur charge in full.
Rescheduling for 9 or less people of any reservations must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled excursion and is based on availability to avoid charges or penalties. The same 24 hour cancellation policy will apply to all rescheduled reservations.
Rescheduling for 10 or more people of any reservations must be done 48 hours prior to scheduled excursion and is based on availability to avoid charges or penalties. The same 48 hour cancellation policy will apply to all rescheduled reservations.
“No shows” or late arrivals will be charged in full on day of scheduled excursion. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available spaces with in 30 day period from original date with a rescheduling charge of $25 per person (plus taxes and fees). If rescheduling is not possible, or no spaces are available, NO refund will apply. “No-show” for a rescheduled reservation will incur charge in full at full fare rate.
Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled excursion will be charged in full if you do not show up, or for any members of your party that are missing. The same rescheduling policy applies.
Due to the limited spaces and high demand, we must remain firm with our cancellation policy. Consider that on a given day you have spaces reserved with us, we are there, onsite, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of guests by holding your space.
WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather you will not be charged. All determinations about weather cancellations are made by our captain. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics the weather is often locally specific. The weather in San Juan is often different than on the east coast and islands, so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the excursion goes out.
If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather or sea conditions we will call to notify you as soon as possible, however please note that due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, on rare occasions cancellations may be done the same day.

Credit card charges: Charges will be listed on your statement as "East Island PR". (For some cards, the charge may show as just "STRIPE" while it is clearing.)
